1 / Can I come to Dance Evolution even if I am not a dancer?

While our specialty is in working with dancers and the hypermobile populations, yes, we happily welcome people from all backgrounds, ages and abilities. No dance background required.

2 / Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance here, but can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for Physical Therapy visits. We advise you to call your insurance and ask whether they cover out of network PTs. You can also pay for any of these services with your HSA.

3 / How can I book a session?

You can book appointments and fill out paperwork here.

4 / The website is asking for my credit card at time of booking. When will I be charged?

The booking system will ask for a card on file when you make your first visit. However, your card will not be charged until after your session, just in case you want to purchase a package deal. Let us know at your first session what you would like to do. Our system securely stores your CC information for subsequent visits.

5 / Can I use some of my prepaid visits for a family member?

Yes, pre-paid sessions can be transferred to family members. Just have them write the name of the person paying in the notes section when they book a visit.
